A high-performance material TOA-0A “TOA-0A,” is an original material that is used for our Cutting Rotor. This material was contracted through a steel manufacturer. Compared to conventional products, TOA-0A offers outstanding performance in terms of hardness, toughness, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance. Long-lasting and low-cost maintenance Our knives are machined from solid steel, and by applying heat treatment, hardness is added to the entire knife. In addition, since there is no alloy layer, the cutting edge maintains the same hardness as a new one even after repeated grinding. Our product lifetime is approximately twice that of conventional ones, resulting in a reduction of total cost.
Die Plates
We manufacture high-performance Die Plates by selecting the appropriate material, heat treatment, and surface treatment according to the purpose of use. Our highly experienced and multi-skilled engineers perform integrated production from basic design to CAD/CAM and finishing. We also provide after-sales support (maintenance and management) after delivery.
